Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days following receipt of cleared payment.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Shipping Methods
Propep Sciences uses trusted postal and courier services to deliver orders domestically and internationally.
Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout where available.
Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
International Orders
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that products may be legally imported into their destination country.
By placing an international order, customers accept responsibility for compliance with all local laws, regulations, import restrictions, duties, taxes, permits, licences, and customs requirements.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, import fees, delays, or restrictions imposed by the destination country.
Any duties, taxes, customs charges, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Propep Sciences has no control over customs procedures or decisions made by customs authorities.
Customs Seizures and Refused Shipments
Orders that are delayed, detained, refused entry, returned, confiscated, destroyed, or seized by customs authorities are not eligible for replacement, reshipment, refund, credit, or reimbursement of shipping costs.
The risk associated with importing products rests entirely with the customer.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If an order arrives damaged, customers must notify Propep Sciences within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims for lost shipments may be investigated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the policies of the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of ordering.
Propep Sciences is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs arising from incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer.
